SLICE (“SLICE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the SLICE mobile app, website, services, coaching features, AI tools, subscription features, and related support services.
SLICE is designed for users in the United States who want help organizing debt information, planning settlement goals, tracking savings, preparing negotiation scripts, and accessing educational debt resolution guidance.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account and Contact Information
When you create an account or use SLICE, we may collect:

B. Debt and Financial Planning Information
SLICE allows you to manually enter information to create a customized debt program. This may include:

SLICE does not connect to your bank account or automatically pull your credit report unless we clearly add and disclose that feature in the future.
C. AI Coach, Negotiation Script, and Dispute Letter Information
If you use AI features such as Juici AI Debt Coach, negotiation strategy suggestions, customized call scripts, or the Platinum AI dispute-letter generator, we may collect:
- Messages you send to the AI coach
- AI-generated responses
- Creditor and debt information needed to personalize responses
- Selected script tone or negotiation preferences
- Selected credit bureau(s), dispute intake responses, and the financial context you approve for a dispute letter
- Generated dispute-letter drafts and your selected language (English or Spanish)
- Chat history and related app activity
AI features may use third-party AI providers, such as Anthropic Claude or similar services, through a secure backend system. We do not allow AI providers to directly access your full account unless needed to provide the requested AI feature.
D. Coaching and Booking Information
If you book coaching, founder coaching with Marc Feinberg, tax advisory, Mastermind sessions, or live creditor call support, we may collect:
- Booking date and time
- Selected coaching topic
- Notes or questions submitted before the session
- Relevant debt summary information
- Session status
- Communication preferences
We do not record coaching calls unless we clearly notify you and receive any required consent.
E. Subscription and Payment Information
SLICE may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Payments for digital subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or another authorized payment/subscription provider. We do not store your full credit card number or payment card details.

G. Device Permissions and Support Attachments
When you use the Contact Support or Feedback feature, SLICE may request access to your device camera and photo library. This access is used only to let you attach photos to a support request or feedback submission. Specifically:
- Camera access — lets you take a new photo to attach to a support ticket
- Photo library access — lets you select an existing photo from your device to attach to a support ticket
- Attached photos are uploaded to secure private storage and linked to your support ticket only
- Photos are not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than responding to your support request
- You can use the Contact Support screen without granting camera or photo library access — attachments are optional
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your SLICE account
- Build your customized debt program
- Calculate settlement targets and program length
- Track creditor information and debt progress
- Generate debt timelines and monthly savings plans
- Provide AI negotiation strategies and scripts
- Generate Platinum dispute-letter drafts for the credit bureau(s) you select
- Provide credit repair education and checklists
- Process subscriptions and premium access

SLICE is an educational and planning tool. SLICE does not guarantee debt settlement results, creditor acceptance, credit score improvement, or financial outcomes.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers only when needed to operate SLICE, including:
- Cloud hosting and database providers
- Authentication providers
- AI service providers
- Subscription and payment processors

Partner Referral Program
SLICE may receive a partner code, referral URL, source, visit timestamp, opaque attribution token, and app-handoff status. V1 partner reporting is pseudonymous. SLICE does not disclose a consumer's name, email, phone number, debt information, creditor information, payment information, or financial-account information to a referral partner through referral tracking unless a separate notice, legal basis, and required consent are approved.
A referral click, code entry, or app handoff is not consent to receive telemarketing calls, automated calls, texts, or promotional email. Those channels require separate approved notices, consent, suppression, and revocation controls.
4. AI Feature Notice
SLICE may use AI to provide educational debt guidance, negotiation scripts, and planning support.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for every situation. AI responses are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be treated as legal, tax, credit, or financial advice.
Do not enter highly sensitive information into AI chat unless it is necessary for the feature. Do not enter Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, full credit card numbers, or other highly sensitive identifiers.
For the Platinum dispute-letter generator, you control which bureau(s) receive a draft and whether exact financial figures are included. Account-number data is handled securely and sensitive values are redacted before AI generation where applicable. Review every generated letter before printing, sharing, or sending it.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
These may include:
- Secure authentication
- Encrypted transmission where available
- Restricted access controls
- Secure storage practices
- Monitoring for errors and suspicious activity
- Use of trusted cloud and service providers
However, no app, website, database, or internet transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
